OVERCOMING OVERDEVELOPMENT
About
The Overcoming Overdevelopment Research project is STEMfest 2024's theme project. The goal is for students to research and develop a solution to one negative impact of over development in our area (ex. environmental, traffic, etc.). Students will conduct interviews with experts and use various research techniques in order to compile a presentation that effectively conveys their solution. Students will be graded on the rubric shown below.
POSTER
COMPETITON
Middle School students who wish to compete in the Overcoming Overdevelopment will be presenting their research on tri-fold poster boards, instead of giving oral presentations, and should follow the tri-fold competition rubric that is linked below.
